The Role

• Deliver planning, programming and scheduling services using Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, ASTA and Excel
• Develop and maintain project schedules throughout the project lifecycle
• Assess and advise on time-related risks, delays and project performance
• Support project controls, reporting and critical path analysis activities
• Work closely with clients, project managers, contractors and key stakeholders
• Prepare and present high-quality reports, insights and recommendations
• Contribute to a collaborative team environment focused on excellence and continuous improvement

Your Experience

• 3–5 years of Australian experience in project planning, scheduling or delay analysis within construction or infrastructure projects
• Strong proficiency with Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project (essential)
• Experience with ASTA or similar planning software highly regarded
• Solid understanding of Critical Path Methodology (CPM)
• Exposure to earned value analysis and project controls principles
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to engage confidently with stakeholders across all levels

Essential Requirements

• Australian construction industry experience
• Current unrestricted driver's licence
• Degree qualification in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management or a related discipline
• Proven hands-on experience using Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project
