Project Planner / Scheduler

The Role
- Deliver planning, programming and scheduling services using Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, ASTA and Excel
- Develop and maintain project schedules throughout the project lifecycle
- Assess and advise on time-related risks, delays and project performance
- Support project controls, reporting and critical path analysis activities
- Work closely with clients, project managers, contractors and key stakeholders
- Prepare and present high-quality reports, insights and recommendations
- Contribute to a collaborative team environment focused on excellence and continuous improvement
Your Experience
- 3–5 years of Australian experience in project planning, scheduling or delay analysis within construction or infrastructure projects
- Strong proficiency with Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project (essential)
- Experience with ASTA or similar planning software highly regarded
- Solid understanding of Critical Path Methodology (CPM)
- Exposure to earned value analysis and project controls principles
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to engage confidently with stakeholders across all levels
Essential Requirements
- Australian construction industry experience
- Current unrestricted driver's licence
- Degree qualification in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management or a related discipline
- Proven hands-on experience using Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project
