Account Manager

Little Rocket is a values based, impact orientated agency. We are First Nations owned and operated business based in Brunswick, Narrm (Melbourne). We provide end to end creative services across a variety of industries and in key areas such education, health, construction, sustainability and government.

About the role

We're looking for an Account Manager who can help co-ordinate a range of tasks associated in facilitating the smooth running of campaigns, job flow, reporting and planning. This is a great role for someone seeking a new challenge that makes a real impact with a fun energised team who has skills and strength in managing client relationships and managing multiple clients at a time.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Regular communication with clients to manage their projects effectively
• Apply a proactive approach to client communications and engagement
• Liaison with Studio Manager to ensure smooth scheduling of work
• Populate and manage clients through project tool system
• Ensure complete project documentation and reporting
• Attend regular meetings to facilitate project work flow
• Plan campaign logistics and delivery
• Contribute to team strategy sessions
• Lead job direction and delivery across all teams
• Undertake client research to identify opportunities
• Develop proposal outlines with teams to help communicate options

Skills and Experience

• At least 2 years experience in a similar or project related role
• Proven experience in confidently engaging with stakeholders
• Able to prioritise competing demands effectively to meet business needs
• Good quality written work and business acumen
• Preferential: experience with Excel, Xero, Canva or Click Up.

Salary: $75,000 + Super (dependent on experience)
