Fight Parkinson’s has been a leading force for over 40 years, dedicated to improving the lives of people living with Parkinson’s, including Young Onset and Atypical Parkinson’s. The organisation provides specialist information, education and support to individuals, families, carers and healthcare professionals, while raising vital funds to support research and advance better treatments. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the Marketing Manager will lead the development and delivery of integrated marketing, communications and campaign strategies that strengthen awareness, engagement and community connection.

This is a key leadership role with end-to-end responsibility for marketing performance. You will lead and mentor a dedicated team, ensuring campaigns across digital and traditional channels are cohesive, impactful and aligned to organisational priorities. Leveraging CRM capability and a new website, you will drive personalised engagement, support fundraising and community outreach, and position Fight Parkinson’s as a trusted voice within the sector.

About YOU

  • Proven experience leading integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, develop and inspire a high-performing team
  • Strong experience leveraging CRM systems and digital platforms to drive engagement
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams
  • Strong strategic and operational capability, including planning, budgeting and performance tracking
  • Strong project management skills
  • Experience managing brand positioning and ensuring consistency across all communications
  • Strong analytical capability, with experience measuring campaign performance and ROI
  • Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications or related discipline is highly desirable
  • Current Victorian Driver’s licence
  • Purpose-driven, with an understanding of or sensitivity to the needs of people living with chronic health conditions
