Executive Officer - Client Services

Better Health Network

Date: 2 hours ago
City: Saint Kilda, Victoria
Contract type: Full time

We're looking for a highly capable Executive Officer to be the right hand for our Chief Operating Officer and our two Client Services General Managers. This is a fast-paced, high-trust role where you'll sit at the centre of decision-making, coordination and delivery across BHN and act as the connection point between three busy Executives and the wider business.

If you thrive on staying one step ahead, managing complexity and keeping senior leaders focused on what matters, this role will suit you.

What you'll be doing

  • Provide proactive, high-quality executive support to the COO and two General Managers
  • Independently manage complex, multi-Executive diaries, priorities and competing demands
  • Coordinate meetings end-to-end (agendas, papers, minutes and follow-through on actions)
  • Triage correspondence and act as a trusted point of contact on behalf of the Executives
  • Prepare reports, briefings and presentations
  • Track actions, deadlines and key deliverables across the three portfolios
  • Apply project coordination skills to help keep executive-led initiatives on track
  • Support governance processes, including paper preparation, minute taking and action management
  • Build strong, trusted relationships across the organisation and with external stakeholders

What you'll bring

  • Experience supporting senior executives in a fast-paced, complex environment
  • Sound judgement, discretion and the ability to anticipate needs before you're asked
  • Exceptional organisation and time management skills, with strong attention to detail
  • Confidence managing competing priorities and tight timeframes across multiple leaders
  • Strong stakeholder skills — the kind of person who gets cooperation through warmth and credibility, not chasing
  • High-level written communication skills
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach — you spot what needs doing and get on with it
  • Some exposure to project coordination (scheduling, tracking actions, status reporting) is a plus

What you'll get

  • Direct exposure to senior leadership and organisational decision-making
  • A varied, high-impact role where no two days are the same
  • The opportunity to be trusted, relied on and genuinely valued
  • A collaborative, purpose-driven organisation
  • Salary packaging and flexible working options
