Accounts Officer

The Role

We are seeking a proactive, detail-focused Accounts Officer to join our team on a casual/temp basis for a minimum of three months. With an immediate start, this is a hands-on role where you’ll support our day-to-day accounts payable and receivable functions and help maintain the accuracy and integrity of our financial processes.

You will be based in our new office in East Perth and work closely with the project accounting team and Financial Controller in a fast-paced, professional environment.

Our Ideal Candidate

The successful candidate will have:

• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• Previous accounts or bookkeeping experience (essential).
• Strong attention to detail, reliability and ability to meet deadlines in a busy environment.
• Experience with Sybiz software (highly desirable).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working within a consulting or professional services environment (desirable).
