About the Role

In this role, you'll work across a broad range of technologies spanning networking, wireless, firewalling, and cybersecurity, supporting clients both on-site and remotely. You'll also collaborate closely with a high-performing BAU Service Desk team, acting as an escalation point for complex technical challenges.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end systems engineering services across switching, wireless, firewalls, and security
• Provide expert support across multi-vendor environments, including Windows and/or Apple ecosystems
• Troubleshoot complex network connectivity issues and deliver advanced problem resolution
• Manage user access (account provisioning/deprovisioning) and file-sharing configurations
• Install and maintain endpoint software, licensing, and device setup/migrations
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet SLAs and exceed customer expectations
• Accurately document technical work, time entries, and solutions within ticketing systems
• Act as an internal escalation point and trusted SME for the national team

About You

• Proven experience as a Senior Network Engineer, ideally within an MSP environment
• Strong hands-on expertise with networking and security technologies such as Juniper, Aruba, and Fortinet
• Demonstrated experience implementing and troubleshooting network infrastructure hardware
• Deep technical knowledge across switching, wireless, firewalls, and networking
• Relevant certifications: CCIE and JNCIE
• Excellent communication skills - able to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
