WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

As a Paid Search Manager / Lead, you’ll take responsibility for developing, executing, and optimising high-performing PPC strategies across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads. You will manage key client accounts end-to-end, lead strategy across multiple accounts, mentor junior team members, and, drive innovation and testing initiatives. You’ll work closely with SEO, Paid Social, CRO, and Analytics teams to deliver measurable commercial impact.

WE NEED YOU TO HAVE...

• Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max)
• Experience managing significant monthly ad spend
• Proven track record improving ROAS / reducing CPA
• Confident analysing performance data and translating it into action
• Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

IT'S NICE TO HAVE...

• Microsoft Ads experience
• eCommerce or lead-gen background
• Experience mentoring or managing others
• Agency experience
