WOW Recruitment are working with a high-performing business in Height Access Construction that are looking for a General Manager. A newly created role, this person will take ownership of day-to-day operations and bring structure and accountability to the team.

This is a pivotal leadership role is ideal for someone who is confident stepping into a business that has huge potential and needs stronger operational control, improved systems visibility and consistency to reach it's goals.

You will:

• Own and manage daily operations and overall business performance (including P&L responsibility)
• Establish strong operations across across the business (toolbox talks, operational meetings, monthly planning cycles)
• Work closely with leadership to ensure leads are actioned from client relationships to quotes, estimates and project information
• Drive consistent use of systems (Monday.com, JAGID, Microsoft 365) to improve visibility of workflow, priorities and accountability
• Lead, mentor, and manage the internal team, ensuring clarity of roles and performance expectations
• Work in line with ISO accreditations and audit alignment

About You

• A confident, self-sufficient operator
• Experienced in service-based environments ideally with exposure to ISO/IMS frameworks
• Strong in operational leadership, team management, and performance accountability
• Highly organised and able to bring structure in a fast paced environment
• Open-minded in background - transferable experience will absolutely be considered if the capability is there, preference for construciton related field
