L2 Technical Support Specialist

Not every support role is about closing tickets and moving on.

Some are about genuinely understanding a problem, getting to the root cause, and improving the system so it doesn’t happen again.

We’re partnering with an Australian technology business that’s building connected hardware and cloud-based solutions used in environments where reliability truly matters. Their technology has a real-world impact every single day, and they’re looking for a Level 2 Technical Support Specialist to become the technical backbone of their customer support function.

You’ll be the person customers trust when things get complex.

That means troubleshooting IoT devices, networks, connectivity issues and cloud systems, working closely with engineering teams, managing escalations, and using automation and integrations to make support smarter and more scalable.

This is a hands-on role. You need to enjoy being on the phone, speaking with customers, and solving technical challenges, not someone looking to escape support.

What we’re looking for

• Experience in Level 2 Technical Support, IoT, telecoms or similar environments
• Strong troubleshooting across networks, devices and cloud platforms
• Someone comfortable with APIs, scripting or automation
• A natural problem solver who can explain technical concepts to non-technical people
