The Opportunity

Most organisations running large physical operations (mines, airports, utilities, transport networks) are still flying partially blind. They have cameras everywhere and almost no real intelligence from them.

This Sydney-founded scale-up is changing that. They've built a deep-tech platform that turns live video, sensor data, and edge compute into operational intelligence that actually moves the needle: faster decisions, fewer incidents, and less reliance on manual processes in high-stakes environments.

This isn't an AI wrapper. It's applied computer vision solving real problems in the physical world, with enterprise customers already proving it out. At the centre of the platform sits a core video analytics product.

It's the layer that brings everything together

  • Cameras and edge devices, managed at scale
  • Real-time compute and live video workflows
  • AI-powered analytics that detect, classify and act
  • Alerts and dashboards that surface what matters
  • Deep integrations with enterprise systems and customer workflows

The foundations are strong. The customer traction is real. Now they need someone to turn that technical capability into a product the market can clearly understand, buy, deploy and scale.

What you'll own

  • Roadmap ownership for a core video analytics product
  • Hardware and software productisation: cameras, compute, edge devices
  • Camera management, analytics workflows, alerts, dashboards and enterprise integrations
  • Customer discovery through to revenue-generating features
  • GTM thinking: pricing, packaging, launch and adoption
  • Partnering with engineering, AI teams and design across distributed squads

What we're looking for

  • 2–4 years in product management or a closely related role
  • Comfort with complex B2B, platform or technical products
  • Exposure to hardware/software, IoT, edge compute, cameras, video or similar
  • Confidence working across AI, analytics or technically complex ecosystems
  • Strong communication and the ability to align engineers and commercial stakeholders
  • High ownership, low ego. You're comfortable in a scale-up environment
  • Domain experience in mining, resources, utilities, transport, airports or public safety is a bonus.
  • The bigger requirements are curiosity, product judgement, and the ability to operate across customers, engineers, AI teams and commercial stakeholders.
