  • Support solution design reviews and impact assessments
  • Contribute to cutover planning, transition sequencing, and run‑book creation
  • Support SIT/UAT with clear acceptance criteria and defect triage

Detailed Job Description

The program requires segregation of data, documents, and data treatment rules for open vs closed mortgage accounts, where:

  • Open accounts are transferred to the new buyer
  • Closed accounts remain serviced internally

Role Purpose

OBP IT Project Manager (Mortgages & Banking) is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering technology projects within the retail banking and mortgage servicing ecosystem of Oracle Banking Platform (OBP) solutions. This role requires deep understanding of mortgage products, loan origination, underwriting workflows, regulatory compliance, and core banking systems. The IT PM will collaborate with business stakeholders, vendors, architects, and engineering teams to drive end‑to‑end delivery while ensuring quality, timeline, and budget adherence.

Technical / Functional Experience

  • 6–12+ years of IT project management experience in Oracle Banking & Financial Services.
  • LOS (Loan Origination Systems)
  • LMS (Loan Management / Servicing Systems)
  • Workflow, underwriting engines, credit decisioning tools
  • Familiarity with APIs, microservices, data migration, integration layers, cloud migration.
  • Understanding of security, authentication, and fintech compliance.

Project Management Skills

  • Proficient in Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Expertise with JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, DevOps tools.
  • Strong documentation skills (BRD, FRD, project charter, release notes).
