Our client is delivering a significant digital transformation initiative within the healthcare sector, focused on improving operational efficiency and patient outcomes through modern technology solutions. A key component of this program is the implementation of an Electronic Meal Management System (EMMS) to optimise food service processes across healthcare facilities.
About the role
We are seeking an experienced Test Analyst to support the delivery of the Electronic Meal Management System (EMMS) project. This is a hands-on role within a fast-paced, complex IT program environment, responsible for driving testing activities across the full solution lifecycle.
You will work closely with project teams, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure that solutions are rigorously tested, meet quality standards, and are delivered on time and within scope.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive test strategy and plan aligned to project requirements and vendor implementation.
- Collaborate with vendors and project teams to finalise testing schedules and activities.
- Define user acceptance testing (UAT) criteria and quality benchmarks.
- Review requirements for testability and provide feedback to improve quality outcomes.
- Design and document test cases based on functional and technical requirements.
- Coordinate testing activities with business users, working groups, and project stakeholders.
- Manage and document defects, ensuring timely resolution.
- Provide regular updates to the Project Manager on testing progress, risks, and issues.
- Support and monitor vendor-led testing phases, including system integration and user acceptance testing.
Required Experience
- Proven experience delivering client-side testing within vendor solution implementations.
- Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Experience working within healthcare, public sector, or similarly regulated environments.
- Solid project delivery capability, including working to schedules and producing quality documentation.
- Highly developed stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
Mandatory Requirements
- Experience working within complex IT project environments.
- Ability to engage with business users and technical stakeholders to support testing delivery.
Desirable Skills
- Experience in digital health or hospital-based system implementations.
- Exposure to EMR or similar healthcare technology platforms.
- Familiarity with vendor-led system deployment models.
