Role/Title: Senior UX Designer- 8- 12 Years

Mode of Hiring: Permanent

Location: Sydney

We are seeking a talented and passionate Sr. UX Designer to join our Design team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of crafting exceptional user experiences for our diverse portfolio of clients. You will collaborate closely with clients and internal stakeholders to deliver strategic UX solutions that meet and exceed client expectations. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned UX professional to make a significant impact on our projects and mentor junior designers.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate directly with clients to understand their business goals and user experience requirements.
• Build and nurture strong client relationships by effectively communicating design concepts and strategies.
• Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture that aligns with client project objectives.
• Conduct or oversee user research activities to gain insights into target audiences.
• Translate client insights into actionable design strategies and recommendations.
• Lead the creation of interaction design concepts and prototypes based on client requirements.
• Create site maps, user flows, and wireframes to guide the design process.
• Plan and conduct usability testing sessions, involving clients in the feedback process.
• Communicate design decisions and project progress effectively to clients.
• Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies.
• Educate clients on the importance of UX design and its impact on their business.
• Mentor a team of UX designers on achieving a unified UX vision across the Creative Team.

Mandatory Skills

• Proficiency in UX design and strategy.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, including client facing experience.
• Strong portfolio showcasing successful UX design projects.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Miro, etc.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in a service based organization catering to diverse industry verticals.
• Familiarity with client industries such as telco, e commerce, enterprise applications, FMCG, etc.
• Proficiency in AI Tools such as ChatGPT.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., HCI, Design, Business) or equivalent practical experience.
