The Opportunity

Join our team and play a key role in delivering hands-on, practical learning experiences for undergraduate students. You’ll work independently, providing technical expertise and support for practical and simulation classes, coordinating resources to ensure smooth delivery and a high-quality learning environment. Your contribution directly supports students in achieving their learning objectives and gaining the practical skills essential for their future careers in paramedicine.

You will

  • Deliver technical support for teaching and learning by preparing, facilitating and maintaining high-quality practical learning experiences for the Paramedicine and other Allied Health programs;
  • Ensure safe and effective operation of facilities, equipment, and resources through instruction, compliance with health and safety policies, risk and waste management, routine maintenance, and the implementation of new techniques and procedures; and
  • Support workforce capability and collaboration by liaising and assisting team members, while fostering a positive, inclusive, and high-performing work environment.

About you

You are highly organised with excellent time management skills, able to balance competing priorities effectively in a dynamic environment. You bring strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, applying practical solutions to challenges as they arise. Equally comfortable working independently or as part of a team, you maintain positive working relationships and collaborate effectively to achieve shared goals.

You will possess

  • Completion of a relevant degree (Paramedicine or health discipline) or a combination of relevant experience and education/training
