Operations Support Agent – FedEx

Full-Time | 7:30am–4:00pm or 8:00am–5:00pm

Built for couriers and warehouse operators ready for an admin-focused role.

The Role

A hybrid position with a strong admin focus. You’ll keep operations running smoothly while staying connected to the warehouse.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage data and resolve delivery discrepancies
  • Support drivers and daily operations
  • Coordinate between warehouse and office
  • Assist with freight handling when needed

What You Bring

  • Courier, transport or warehouse experience
  • Strong attention to detail and confidence with admin tasks
  • Team mindset and customer focus
  • Forklift licence desirable
