The role requires:

  • Previous Cook/Chef experience.
  • Creative approach to food and a passion for your trade.
  • The ability to be consistent and produce high-quality food.
  • Experience with catering for large functions and events.
  • Flexibility in working a 7-day roster, early starts and evenings.
  • Registered Food Safety Certificates and other relevant qualifications.
  • Be able to interact with guests and deliver great customer service.
