The Opportunity

Sante Recruitment is partnering with a leading regional health service to appoint a Geriatric Medicine Registrar for a 6-month full-time contract commencing 3 August 2026.

This role offers the opportunity to work within a supportive multidisciplinary team, delivering high-quality care to older patients while developing your skills in geriatric assessment, management, and discharge planning.

You will play an active role in ensuring optimal patient outcomes, with a strong focus on holistic, patient-centred care.

About The Role

As a Geriatric Medicine Registrar, you will:

• Provide medical assessment and management of geriatric patients
• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment
• Contribute to comprehensive geriatric assessment and care planning
• Support safe and effective discharge planning
• Participate in ongoing clinical review and patient management

This role offers excellent exposure to complex geriatric presentations and coordinated care models.
