About the Role

This is a hands-on internship based in our Alexandria office, giving you real exposure to the short-term rental industry from day one. As a Reservations Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for guests booking across our portfolio of managed properties — handling enquiries, coordinating bookings and making sure every guest has a great experience from the moment they reach out.

What You'll Do

  • Handle guest enquiries, bookings and communications across multiple platforms
  • Coordinate check-ins, check-outs and guest requests
  • Work across Airbnb, Booking.com and direct booking channels
  • Support the reservations team on escalations and guest issues
  • Learn property management from the inside of a fast-growing company

What We're Looking For

  • Strong communicator — superior written and verbal skills
  • Customer-focused, detail-oriented and reliable
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Available full time for a minimum of 3 months (6 months ideal)
