We’re partnering with a leading top-tier firm to appoint two standout lawyers to their Brisbane team, offering unmatched exposure to significant oil & gas, unregulated M&A and cross‑border project work.

The Roles Available

• Senior Associate – recently promoted up to ~3 years post‑promotion

• Associate – 3–5 years PAE

These roles sit within a high-performing group known for complex, strategic matters and strong mentorship.

The Work You’ll Be Doing

You’ll advise on a diverse and high-calibre portfolio of matters, including:

  • Unregulated M&A and joint ventures
  • Oil & gas transactions and project development
  • Strategic cross-border matters
  • Broader energy sector work spanning renewables and decarbonisation initiatives

What You Bring

We’re looking for lawyers with:

  • Minimum 3 years' PAE in corporate, energy or resources
  • Excellent drafting and advisory skills with strong commercial instincts
  • Experience or genuine interest in oil & gas, JVs and cross‑border work
  • A proactive mindset and ability to thrive in a team environment
