A leading global marketing and communications agency is seeking an experienced and commercially minded CRO Manager to join their high-performing digital team on a full-time basis. Working across two of the world's most recognisable consumer brands you will take ownership of conversion rate optimisation across their digital ecosystems, driving measurable revenue outcomes through data-led experimentation and UX optimisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and own a structured CRO roadmap for the client's digital channels, aligned to product cycles, business priorities and performance targets
  • Design, execute and analyse A/B and multivariate tests, validating hypotheses through qualitative and quantitative research, heatmaps, session recordings and funnel data to reduce friction and increase conversion
  • Diagnose the end-to-end customer journey across product, basket, cart and checkout flows, providing optimisation recommendations across mobile, desktop, PDP, PLP and campaign landing pages
  • Build and deliver monthly CRO performance reports for both Samsung and KitchenAid, communicating test results with statistical rigour and clear commercial narratives
  • Partner cross-functionally with UX, Design, Analytics, Digital Production, WebOps and Account Service teams to implement recommendations, managing feedback loops across sprints
  • Oversee QA of experience changes prior to deployment, maintaining strong governance over tracking, tagging and measurement

Essential Skills & Experience

  • 4+ years in CRO, UX optimisation or experimentation within an agency or eCommerce environment
  • Strong hands-on knowledge of A/B testing and analytics platforms including Optimizely, VWO, AB Tasty, GA4, Contentsquare, Hotjar or Adobe Target
  • High competence in funnel analysis, behavioural data interpretation and conversion diagnostics
  • Comfortable working across multiple concurrent tests in a fast-paced environment with strong prioritisation and documentation discipline
