Sentinel Property Group is looking for an experienced Property Manager to take ownership of a portfolio of commercial, industrial and large-format retail assets in Darwin. This is a hands-on role for someone who wants accountability, not just administration. You'll be running your portfolio like it's your own business.

What you'll own

  • End-to-end management of a portfolio of commercial, industrial and large-format retail properties
  • Weekly and monthly property reporting to a high standard
  • Budget monitoring, financial forecasting and variance management
  • Arrears management and debt recovery
  • Tenant, contractor and stakeholder relationships
  • Facilities management and maintenance programs
  • Compliance with statutory requirements and safety regulations
  • Property inspections and risk assessments
  • Tenant retention and acquisition, working alongside leasing executives
  • Contractor performance and service delivery
  • Risk management systems and essential services compliance

What you'll bring

  • Tertiary qualification in real estate or a related discipline
  • Proven experience managing commercial property portfolios
  • Confidence with budgets and financial reporting
  • MRI Software experience (highly regarded)
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Sharp attention to detail and time management
  • Ability to work autonomously and make decisions without hand-holding
