We're growing — Marmont Electrical is hiring a full-time licensed electrician.

Just over a year ago this business was one bloke and a ute. Since then we've built a name on the Northern Beaches for quality residential and light commercial work, brought on an apprentice, and picked up a finalist spot at the 2026 Northern Beaches Local Business Awards. Now it's time to add another licensed hand to the team.

THE ROLE

Full-time licensed electrician working across premium residential and light commercial jobs on the Northern Beaches & North Shore. Think switchboard upgrades, renovations, smart home and automation, lighting, fault-finding, and new installs. It's hands-on, physical work — ladders, roof spaces, and the usual demands of the trade — so you'll need to be up for that. Varied work, quality clients, and a business that runs on good systems rather than chaos.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

– Current NSW Electrician's Licence (Qualified Supervisor Certificate a big plus)

– Full NSW driver's licence

– White Card

– A genuine eye for quality and neat workmanship

– Good communication — you'll be in clients' homes and businesses

– Reliable, punctual, and takes ownership of your work

– Physically fit and comfortable with the demands of on-site work

– Data/comms or smart home experience is a bonus, not a dealbreaker
