About the role

MSS Security is seeking a dedicated Site Supervisor to join our team at a prestigious Defence site - HMAS Harman. This full-time position offers an opportunity to contribute to national security efforts while delivering exceptional service in a dynamic environment.

Your duties include but are not limited to:

• Oversee and coordinate daily security operations, ensuring all Security Officers are performing their required duties
• Provide leadership, guidance and support to the security team
• Escalate incidents, operational issues and breaches as per required Defence procedures to necessary stakeholders
• Liaise with the client, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth day to day operations.
• Conduct adhoc Security Officer duties where required

What are we looking for?

• A Baseline AGSVA clearance as minimum, NV1 preferred or ability to obtain
• Certificate II in Security Operations
• State relevant Security licence
• Experience leading a team
• Positive attitude, great communication skills, willingness to learn and adapt
• Australian Citizenship required
