Houseman and Room Attendant (Hotel)

Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Houseman/Room Attendant and a Room Attendant to join our team in our 4-star Forest Hill Hotel. This temporary, casual role is essential for maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of our facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for our guests. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will contribute to the overall guest experience by upholding high standards of cleanliness and service.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain guest rooms, corridors, and public areas to ensure a high standard of cleanliness.
• Assist with the setup and organisation of housekeeping supplies and equipment.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly.
• Provide support to the housekeeping team as needed, including laundry duties and restocking supplies.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.

Qualifications

• No formal education required; however, a basic understanding of cleaning techniques is preferred.
• Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not essential for entry-level candidates.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness.
