Marketing & Digital Coordinator

An exciting opportunity has become available for a Marketing & Digital Coordinator to join a well-established organisation on 8–10-week short term contract, working 3 days per week. You'll support the planning, coordination, and delivery of marketing campaigns and initiatives across a variety of channels.

This role is ideal for someone who lives in Brisbane Southside, Logan or Northern Gold Coast, who enjoys being hands-on across campaigns, content, and digital execution.

About The Role

• Support the coordination and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, email, and website channels
• Assist in end-to-end campaign execution, ensuring all assets are delivered on time and aligned with brand and communication standards
• Support content creation, scheduling, and management across marketing channels including social media, email, and website updates
• Maintain and organise digital asset libraries while supporting internal and external communications and marketing materials
• Assist with CRM activity, campaign reporting, and performance tracking to support optimisation and insights

About You

• Experience in marketing coordination, digital marketing, or content-focused roles
• Strong understanding of campaign delivery and content execution
• Confident managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• High attention to detail and strong written communication skills
• Exposure to digital marketing channels such as social, email, and website content
• Experience with CRM systems will be highly regarded

This is a short-term contract opportunity for someone who is available to start immediately and can commit to a 3 day per week schedule over the contract period.
