ICT Recruitment Consultant

We are seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join our established Technology & Digital recruitment team. Working alongside an experienced Account Manager, you will support the delivery of both contract and permanent opportunities across a diverse client portfolio.

This is a dedicated delivery focused role with no business development responsibilities. Your focus will be on identifying and engaging high-quality talent, building robust candidate pipelines, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and engage qualified candidates across Technology and Digital disciplines
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
• Manage candidate screening, interviews, and engagement activities
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle
• Partner closely with Account Managers to support recruitment delivery
• Utilise sourcing tools including LinkedIn Recruiter, SEEK, and internal databases
• Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment records within the ATS

You will bring strong experience as a Delivery Resourcer, Candidate Manager or Recruitment Consultant, with the ability to manage multiple vacancies and candidate pipelines while delivering exceptional service to both candidates and stakeholders.

Essential Experience

• Previous experience in a Recruitment Resourcer, Candidate Manager, Talent Acquisition or Recruitment Consultant role
• Strong sourcing and candidate management capabilities
• Experience working across high-volume recruitment environments
• Ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring stakeholders
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality delivery
