Brand Manager

We're looking for an experienced Brand Marketing Manager to drive marketing campaigns, elevate brand presence and lead a talented in-house creative team.

Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, you'll play a key role in shaping how the business connects with customers across digital, print, events and sales channels.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll combine commercial thinking with creativity, working closely with senior leaders to deliver marketing that makes an impact.

What you'll be doing

• Lead integrated marketing campaigns across a diverse brand portfolio
• Oversee the creation of digital, print, social media and event marketing
• Manage and mentor a team of Marketing Coordinators and Creative professionals
• Partner with senior stakeholders to bring marketing ideas to life
• Champion brand consistency across every customer touchpoint
• Improve marketing processes, systems and campaign delivery

About you

• 5+ years' experience in a senior marketing or brand leadership role
• Experience leading marketing campaigns across multiple channels
• Strong people leadership and stakeholder management skills
• A commercial mindset with a creative eye for detail
• Confidence working in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment
• Experience within industrial, construction, equipment hire or another B2B industry will be highly regarded.
