About The Role
Based at our Bull Creek estate, you’ll work closely with the Maintenance Supervisor to keep buildings, equipment, and facilities running smoothly.
Your Day-to-day Will Include
- General repairs and preventative maintenance
- Responding to maintenance requests (via system)
- Working on equipment such as air con, hot water systems, appliances
- Coordinating with contractors when required
- Supporting projects and improvements across the estate
- Helping create a safe, well-maintained environment for residents
About You
- Hands-on experience in general maintenance or similar role
- Able to work independently and as part of a small team
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Good communication and customer service approach
- Solid understanding of workplace safety

What You’ll Need
- Full working rights in Australia
- C Class Driver’s Licence
- National Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain)
- Willingness to undergo Pre-Employment Medical (paid for by RAAFA)
