Commercial Manager

We are currently working with a major infrastructure organisation seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to support the delivery of significant projects within a large-scale construction and engineering environment.

This opportunity would suit a commercially minded professional who enjoys operating at the interface between project delivery, procurement, contract management and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing commercial and contractual matters across major projects
• Leading contract administration activities, including variations, claims and dispute avoidance
• Providing commercial guidance to project and operational stakeholders
• Supporting procurement and supplier engagement activities
• Identifying, managing and mitigating commercial risks
• Assisting with negotiations and contract strategy
• Contributing to project performance and delivery outcomes

Ideal Experience

• Experience as a Commercial Manager, Senior Contracts Manager or similar
• Strong background in infrastructure, construction, engineering or major projects
• Knowledge of contract administration and commercial risk management
• Ability to engage effectively with both operational and executive stakeholders
• Strong commercial acumen and problem-solving skills
