Be the right hand to a Head of Property Management who genuinely values a great EA.

Sentinel Property Group (SPG) is a diversified property investment and management group spanning commercial, industrial and retail portfolios. We’re looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to support our Head of Property Management on a full-time basis, based in our Brisbane CBD office.

This is a genuine right-hand role you’ll be trusted to keep a busy leader organised, on schedule, and one step ahead. You won’t just be managing a calendar; you’ll be a true partner in how the Property Management function runs day-to-day, with real visibility into the business and the trust to make things happen without needing to be asked twice.

What you’ll be doing

  • Managing a busy diary, meeting schedule and travel bookings, juggling shifting priorities and resolving clashes before they become problems
  • Preparing correspondence, reports and presentations on his behalf, making sure everything that lands in front of stakeholders is polished and on point
  • Coordinating meetings, minutes and stakeholder communication, from agenda through to follow-up actions
  • Liaising with tenants, contractors and suppliers, often as the first point of contact and the face of the team
  • Providing day-to-day administrative support and keeping the office running smoothly, so nothing falls through the cracks

What we’re looking for

  • Solid experience as an EA, PA, or senior administrator
  • Excellent diary management and organisational skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Confident across Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • A proactive, can-do attitude, someone who anticipates rather than waits to be asked
  • Discretion and sound judgement with confidential information
  • Property or real estate experience is highly regarded, but not essential

Why SPG? You’ll join a close-knit, high-performing team where your contribution is genuinely valued not just for what you organise, but for how you make the whole function run better. This full-time role suits someone who wants meaningful, varied work at the heart of a busy leadership function.

If you’re an organised, switched-on EA who thrives on keeping things moving, we’d love to hear from you. Apply now.
