Our client is a well-established and highly regarded accounting and advisory firm is seeking a client-focused Business Services Manager to join its growing team.

The Role

You will manage a portfolio of clients and play a key role in delivering high-quality taxation compliance and business advisory services. This position offers strong client interaction, technical depth, and the opportunity to mentor junior team members.

Key Responsibilities Include

• Managing and growing a client portfolio
• Providing taxation compliance and advisory services
• Reviewing tax returns and financial statements
• Preparing returns and financials for companies, trusts, individuals and SMSFs
• Preparing BAS and IAS
• Advising on business structures, superannuation and strategic tax matters
• Supporting and mentoring junior staff
• Maintaining strong, professional client relationships

About You

• Australian degree qualified in Accounting, Finance or related discipline
• CPA or CA qualified (or near completion)
• Minimum 5 years experience in public practice
• Strong knowledge of the Australian tax system and statutory obligations
• Experience with Xero, BGL360 and the ATO Tax Agent Portal
• Strong communication, analytical and organisational skills
• Client-focused, proactive and commercially minded
