General Manager Accommodation

Client Profile

Our client is a well-established hospitality organisation with a diverse portfolio of venues and accommodation assets across Australia. With a strong focus on guest experience, commercial performance and community connection, the business is entering an exciting phase of growth and investment within its accommodation division.

Reporting to a senior executive leader, the General Manager Accommodation will take ownership of the strategic direction, commercial performance and operational excellence of a multi-site accommodation portfolio. This role will lead growth initiatives, optimise revenue performance and establish the systems, standards and culture required to support future expansion.

Key responsibilities include:

• Develop and execute the accommodation growth strategy across the portfolio
• Drive revenue, occupancy, ADR and profitability outcomes
• Lead commercial initiatives including pricing, yield and distribution strategies
• Establish operational standards and service excellence frameworks
• Coach and develop property leadership teams to deliver high performance

Candidate Profile

You are an experienced accommodation, hotel or hospitality executive with a proven ability to lead multi-site operations and deliver strong commercial outcomes. You combine strategic thinking with operational discipline and have a track record of building capable teams, driving performance and identifying growth opportunities.

You will bring:

• Senior leadership experience within accommodation, hotels or related hospitality sectors
• Strong commercial acumen with demonstrated P&L accountability
• Expertise in revenue management, distribution and channel optimisation
• Experience leading multiple properties or complex operational portfolios
• Outstanding stakeholder engagement, leadership and communication skills
