Document Controller | Temp Contract | North Sydney | ASAP Start
Our client, a well-established name in the civil infrastructure sector, is seeking an experienced Document Controller to join their North Sydney office on a temporary contract basis through to Christmas, with strong potential for extension into 2027.
This is an office-based role suited to someone who can hit the ground running and slot straight into an established project team.
The Role
- Managing document control processes across active infrastructure projects
- Uploading, formatting, and quality-checking documentation
- Maintaining document registers and ensuring version control accuracy
- Managing transmittals, RFIs, and correspondence logs
- Supporting project engineers and site teams with document workflows
- Ensuring compliance with company and client document control procedures
- Liaising with subcontractors and internal stakeholders on documentation requirements
About You
- Previous document control experience within civil infrastructure, construction, or engineering environments
- TeamBinder experience essential
- TfNSW project experience highly regarded
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high volumes of documentation
- Confident communicator, comfortable liaising across project teams
- Available to start immediately
