We're partnering with a highly regarded boutique accounting firm that's known for delivering proactive tax and business advice. This is an opportunity to manage your own client portfolio, lead a team and play a key role in a growing, forward-thinking firm with a genuine pathway towards leadership and equity.

The role

You'll take ownership of a portfolio of SME clients, becoming their trusted adviser while leading the delivery of high-quality accounting and advisory services.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing client relationships and acting as their primary point of contact
• Reviewing financial statements, tax returns and compliance work
• Leading and mentoring accountants while coordinating work with the offshore team
• Delivering proactive advisory services including tax planning, structuring and business strategy
• Identifying opportunities to grow client relationships and expand services

About you

You'll ideally have:

• 7+ years' experience in Public Practice
• CA or CPA qualification
• Experience reviewing compliance work and leading a team
• Strong client relationship skills and a commercial mindset
• A passion for advisory and helping businesses grow
