Role Summary

Looking for an experienced ISAM Developer with strong hands-on skills in IBM Security Access Manager (ISAM), Federation, and Identity & Access Management (IAM) operations. The role involves support, configuration, integration, and implementation of secure authentication and access control solutions across enterprise platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer and support ISAM modules: Base, Advanced Access Control (AAC), Federation
  • Implement and configure SSO, SAML, OAuth, OIDC, and Multi-factor Authentication
  • Support day-to-day operations: issue resolution, policy creation, and ticket management
  • Integrate business applications with ISAM and support migrations to the Federation model
  • Maintain and troubleshoot LDAP, TDS, junctions, clustering, certificates, and EAI
  • Ensure compliance with SLAs and document standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • Participate in incident resolution, outage calls, and regular customer/internal meetings
  • Lead or contribute to IAM architecture and design initiatives

Required Technical Skills

  • ISAM Administration (Base, AAC, Federation)
  • IAM, LDAP Operations Support
  • SSO Integration using SAML/OAuth/OIDC
  • Knowledge with Tivoli Directory Server (TDS), PD Admin, EAI
  • Proficient in troubleshooting logs, server performance, SSL certificate renewal
  • Familiarity with scripting (e.g., Python, Shell) and automation (Jenkins, GitHub, Ansible)
  • Strong understanding of access policies, provisioning workflows, clustering
