Reporting & Analytics Analyst

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Reporting & Analytics Analyst with strong Power BI expertise to support commercial, customer-facing projects. This role will focus on BAU reporting activities, enabling subject matter experts to dedicate more time to key project objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize Power BI reports and dashboards to support business insights.
• Perform BAU reporting and analytics tasks to ensure continuity and data accuracy.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and project teams to understand reporting requirements and deliver actionable insights.
• Assist in data validation, cleansing, and preparation to support reliable reporting.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements within reporting and analytics workflows.
• Support project goals by freeing SMEs from routine reporting, allowing them to focus on strategic deliverables.

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Power BI Developer or Reporting & Analytics Analyst.
• Strong understanding of data modelling, DAX, and visualization best practices.
• Experience working on commercial, customer-facing projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Desirable

• Familiarity with SQL, ETL processes, and other BI tools.
• Experience supporting large-scale business transformation or commercial projects.
