Are you an experienced call centre or customer service professional who is immediately available for your next role? We are currently partnering with a prominent South Australian public sector division to source dedicated Customer Service Officers.

Operating within a fast-paced, high-volume environment, you will be the first point of contact for individuals and organisations navigating essential compliance and application processes. This role perfectly blends high-touch inbound phone support with meticulous database administration.

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Officer, your day-to-day will focus heavily on managing high volumes of enquiries and ensuring precise data administration:

• Application processing
• Inbound and outbound phone communication
• Updating client files
• Conflict resolution

What We Are Looking For

We are specifically seeking experienced call centre operators. To be successful in this role, you must demonstrate:

• Proven Call Centre/Customer Service Experience: A track record of handling high-volume inbound calls and managing a general enquiries inbox effectively.
• Meticulous Attention to Detail: The ability to review complex documentation, match data accurately, and minimise processing errors.
• Resilience & Autonomy: Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with a high workload, meeting tight deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Strong Tech Literacy: Proficiency in navigating the Microsoft Office suite and an ability to quickly adapt to custom database software.
• Conflict Resolution: Experience handling confidential data with sensitivity, using negotiation and conflict resolution skills when handling difficult enquiries.

Mandatory Requirements

All candidates MUST ALREADY HOLD:

• A current Working with Children Check
• A current National Police Check.
