We’re looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to join Nine’s Streaming & Broadcast division, supporting our Chief Strategy & Growth Officer and Marketing Director, Stan.
This is more than a traditional Executive Assistant role. You'll become a trusted operational partner, helping two executives navigate a fast-paced environment while playing a pivotal role in the day-to-day rhythm of their teams. You'll sit at the centre of strategic conversations, major business initiatives and cross-functional collaboration across one of Australia's most dynamic media organisations.
What You'll Do
- Manage complex calendars, inboxes, meetings, travel and executive logistics.
- Keep priorities on track and ensure your executives are prepared for key meetings and decisions.
- Build trusted relationships across Strategy, Marketing and the broader Nine Group.
- Support key projects and initiatives, helping teams stay connected and moving forward.
- Identify smarter ways of working and embrace new technology and AI tools to improve efficiency.
- Help foster a collaborative, positive and high-performing team environment.
What We’re Looking For
- Significant Executive Assistant experience supporting senior executives in a complex corporate environment.
- Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities with confidence.
- Outstanding judgement, discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
- Strong communication skills and the confidence to work with senior stakeholders across the business.
- A proactive mindset, you anticipate needs, solve problems before they arise and continuously look for ways to improve how work gets done.
- Advanced Google Workspace skills and a genuine interest in using AI tools, such as Gemini, to improve productivity and efficiency.
- High emotional intelligence, resilience and a collaborative approach to building relationships.
