The role
- We’re seeking an Information Management Systems Support Coordinator for a permanent full-time role. This role is best suited to a candidate with substantial experience in Information Management, with strong focus on electronic records and archives, including the administration, support and continuous improvement of electronic document and records management systems. Extensive experience in the administration, support and optimisation of Content Manager/TRIM is highly desired.
- You will provide specialist system support, strengthen governance and compliance practices, support archival and recordkeeping requirements, administer document information retention and disposal processes, provide guidance and training to staff, and contribute to reporting and audit activities that improve efficiency and service delivery.
- Working closely with the Team Leader Information Management, you will contribute to the effective operation and continuous improvement of the Information Management Team while delivering strong organisational outcomes.
About You
- You are an experienced Information Management professional with strong knowledge of documentation and electronic records management, archives, recordkeeping principles and systems administration within a complex organisational environment.
Demonstrated experience administering, supporting and optimising Content Manager/TRIM is highly desirable. You will bring practical expertise in supporting users, maintaining system integrity, enhancing records and information management practices, and applying information governance requirements in day-to-day operations.
You communicate clearly, build effective relationships and translate technical requirements into practical, user-friendly guidance. You take a collaborative approach and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen systems, enhance processes and improve service delivery.
Key Selection Criteria
- A formal qualification in an Information Management field with relevant experience in information management OR relevant and demonstrated experience in Information Management particularly with regards to records/documents/image management.
- Experience in the operation and administration of Electronic Documents and Records Management Systems (EDRMS).
- Knowledge and experience of record keeping principles.
- Excellent communication skills, including a proven ability to communicate effectively with those of varying technical understanding and levels of the organisation.
- Demonstrated ability to develop improvement initiatives and deliver improvements in line with department objectives.
- Experience working in a Senior Information management role.
