We're looking for an experienced Individual Giving Lead to join our passionate Fundraising & Marketing team and help grow one of our most important fundraising portfolios.

About the Role

Reporting to the Fundraising Manager, you'll play a key role in delivering and growing our Individual Giving program.

You'll lead the day-to-day delivery of our fundraising appeals, Regular Giving program, Gifts in Wills and mid-level donor stewardship while creating exceptional supporter experiences that inspire long-term loyalty and increased giving.

This is a relationship-focused role where you'll have the opportunity to meet donors, welcome supporters into the House, hear incredible family stories and show first-hand the impact their generosity makes.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll be responsible for:

• Delivering our annual Individual Giving appeals, including Tax Appeal, Christmas Appeal and other fundraising campaigns.
• Growing and nurturing our Regular Giving program through exceptional donor stewardship.
• Managing a portfolio of mid-level donors and building meaningful long-term relationships.
• Coordinating our Gifts in Wills program and stewarding bequest supporters.
• Conducting donor meetings, House tours and personalised stewardship activities.
• Working closely with our Marketing team to deliver inspiring donor journeys and communications.
• Analysing campaign performance and identifying opportunities to improve fundraising results.
• Maintaining accurate donor records within Salesforce.

About You

You'll be someone who genuinely enjoys connecting with people and creating meaningful experiences.

Ideally you'll bring:

• Experience in Individual Giving, donor stewardship, philanthropy or relationship fundraising.
• Strong project management and organisational skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Experience delivering fundraising campaigns or donor programs.
• A passion for delivering outstanding supporter experiences.
• Experience using Salesforce or another CRM (highly regarded).
