Customer Service Officer

TAG is one of Australia and New Zealand's leading air cargo General Sales Agents, managing cargo space for major international airlines across the region.

The role

We're looking for a customer-focused Customer Service Officer to join our Sydney team, acting as the go-to contact for freight forwarders and internal customers. You'll manage bookings, solve problems on the spot, and keep customers in the loop, no two days are the same.

What you'll do

• Be the first point of contact for customer enquiries, resolving or escalating as needed
• Manage bookings for international air freight, meeting regulatory and carrier requirements
• Respond to calls and emails within carrier KPI timeframes
• Build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
• Work across multiple cargo and reservation systems
• Spot and share process improvements
• Handle admin and reporting accurately and on time

What you'll bring

• 2+ years in customer service or admin
• Air freight, transport or logistics experience a plus (not essential)
• Minimum HSC or equivalent
• Dangerous Goods Awareness a bonus
• Great communication skills and the ability to build rapport fast
• Comfortable juggling priorities under pressure
• A positive, solutions-first attitude
