QC Scientist

We are seeking a highly motivated QC Scientist to join our Quality Control team in Broadmeadows.

Reporting to a QC Manager or Team Leader, you will provide technical expertise and operational support to ensure quality control activities are delivered efficiently, compliantly, and on schedule.

This is a hands-on role contributing to sampling, testing support, investigations, and continuous improvement initiatives within a cGMP-regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate QC testing, sampling, and scheduling activities
• Provide SME support for investigations and issue resolution
• Review data, reports, and documentation for compliance
• Support audits, OOS investigations, and quality systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional and global QC teams
• Drive process improvements and change control activities

Your Experience

• Degree in Science or related discipline
• 3+ years’ experience in pharma, biotech, or GMP-regulated environment like FMCG
• Must have laboratory experience
• Laboratory coordination experience desirable
• Experience in writing reports, documents and investigations
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Solid understanding of cGMP / GxP principles
• Collaborative, proactive, and results-driven
