Operator - Finished Goods x3

Join CSL Behring and play a critical role in ensuring life-saving therapies and vaccines are delivered safely, efficiently, and on time to patients across Australia.

As a Finished Goods Operator, you will be responsible for managing finished product inventory, coordinating logistics and transport activities, supporting warehousing operations, and ensuring compliance with quality and regulatory requirements within our Logistics Hub.

This position is based in Broadmeadows and operates on a rotating shift roster.

There are 3 roles

Shift: The site operates 24/7 days so there will be day, afternoon and night shift which includes weekend work

Employment Type: Permanent, full-time opportunity.

Please note this is a physically active role that involves manual handling, repetitive tasks, and extended periods of standing.

Essential Requirements

• Current Forklift License (mandatory)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inventory of finished goods, including plasma, non-plasma products, and vaccines
• Coordinate courier bookings and transportation schedules
• Prepare products for distribution in accordance with GMP/GxP requirements
• Maintain inventory accuracy through stock control and stocktaking activities
• Ensure warehouse operations comply with cGMP, GDP, and warehousing standards
• Collaborate with Customer Service, Logistics, and Seqirus teams to meet delivery requirements
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the Finished Goods team
• Maintain accurate documentation and records in line with quality standards
• Foster a strong safety and customer-focused culture

To Be Successful, You Will Have

• Experience in warehousing, distribution, logistics, or a manufacturing environment
• Inventory management and stock control experience
• Forklift licence
• Strong attention to detail and compliance mindset
• Experience using ERP systems (SAP experience highly regarded)
• Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Problem-solving ability and sound judgement
• A commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
