Due to the recent award of exciting new commercial maintenance contracts, CV Services is seeking an experienced Commercial Maintenance Plumber to join our growing Townsville team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive team delivering maintenance services across a diverse portfolio of commercial and critical infrastructure sites throughout the region.

The Role

As a Commercial Maintenance Plumber, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality plumbing maintenance services while building strong relationships with our valued clients.

Key responsibilities include

• Preventative and reactive plumbing maintenance
• Diagnosing faults and carrying out repairs
• Backflow prevention and TMV servicing
• General plumbing maintenance across commercial sites
• Providing exceptional customer service to clients
• Completing work safely, efficiently and to a high standard
• Maintaining accurate job records and documentation

About You

• Experience in commercial plumbing maintenance
• Strong knowledge of plumbing standards, regulations and safe work practices
• Excellent problem-solving and fault-finding skills
• A customer-focused attitude and professional approach
• The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
• Strong communication and time management skills

Mandatory Qualifications

• Current Queensland Plumbing Licence
• Construction White Card
• Current C Class Driver's Licence
• Backflow & TMV Endorsements
