Physiotherapist keen to make a meaningful impact in the community. As part of our Townsville team, you'll contribute to delivering high-quality care while helping us raise the bar in community-based physiotherapy services.
About The Role
- Manage a caseload tailored to your interests, whether that’s neurological, hydrotherapy, assistive technology, paediatrics, aged care or a diverse generalist mix through community visits, telehealth, and clinic sessions.
- Focus on enhancing the quality of life for individuals with complex care needs, physical or neurological conditions, intellectual disabilities, and psychosocial challenges.
- Enjoy flexibility in setting your appointments, working from home and joining the team in the Townsville office.
- Receive regular weekly clinical supervision along with professional development, and career progression support with a strong focus on work-life balance.
- Collaborate with a passionate multidisciplinary team of occupational therapists, speech pathologists, and physiotherapists dedicated to making a real community impact.
- Use your skills to motivate and empower clients; NDIS experience is beneficial but not essential.
- Join in on regular social events, lunches, and celebrations to build connections and enjoy a positive workplace culture.

About You
- You hold a relevant Tertiary Qualification in Physiotherapy and hold or have applied for AHPRA registration.
- Whether you’re just starting your career or have years of experience, we welcome applicants with an interest in community, private, or acute settings.
- Have a strong understanding of the health, aged and disability sectors, preferably within a community-based setting.
- You will hold full Australian working rights.
- You have access to your own vehicle and hold a current driver’s licence.
- You have or willing to obtain a NDIS Workers Check and Blue Card.
