Graphic Designer

We're looking for a Graphic Designer to join our high-performing pursuits team to design submissions and tenders, and support company branding. You'll be joining a growing Design and Construction business in the heart of Sydney.

Your New Role

You'll play a key role in elevating the visual quality of our submissions and marketing collateral by:

• Designing compelling bid submissions, EOIs, tenders and client presentations
• Creating graphics, infographics, diagrams and project visuals that simplify complex information
• Ensuring all submissions are visually engaging, professionally presented and on-brand
• Working closely with the Bid Team to develop layouts that tell a clear and persuasive story
• Producing marketing collateral, capability statements and project case studies
• Supporting the maintenance and development of templates, style guides and brand assets
• Assisting with website content, social media graphics and internal communications
• Helping continuously improve the visual impact and quality of our submissions

What you'll bring

• 2+ years' experience in Graphic Design
• Advanced Adobe Creative Suite skills, particularly InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
• Strong document layout and formatting experience
• Ideally, experience producing corporate proposals, tenders or professional services documents
• Knowledge of branding and visual communication principles
• Experience within construction, architecture, engineering, property or design industries is highly regarded
