URGENT HIRING - Community/Disability Support Worker

• Must accept 2-hour shifts.
• Flexible from Monday to Friday.
• Must be available between 6:30 am and 8:30 am, and 3:30 pm to 5:30 pm.
• ASAP start date.

Requirements

• NDIS Workers Screening Check (Service NSW).
• Valid First Aid & CPR Certificate.
• Full Australian driver’s licence + own car.
• Comprehensive Car Insurance.
• Working with Children Check (WWCC).

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Disability Support Worker.
• Experienced in manual handling/hoist, challenging behaviours, and other high-care skills.
• Proactive approach to supporting clients to achieve goals and maintain community connections.
• Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
• Physically active and able to support regular outings, including long walks and community participation.
