An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced

Property Portfolio Coordinator to join a major NSW State Government organisation responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of public assets, commercial leases, and community spaces.

Parramatta | $550-$600 per day + Super | Contract to March 2027 | NSW State Government | Asap Start

Working within a high-performing property team, you'll play a key role in supporting leasing initiatives, commercial engagements, procurement activities, and strategic property projects. This is an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to a broad range of property functions while contributing to projects that deliver lasting benefits to communities across New South Wales.

The Opportunity

This role offers a unique blend of property administration, leasing coordination, stakeholder engagement, and project support. You'll work closely with Property Portfolio Managers and contribute to the successful delivery of leasing programs across a diverse and interesting portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the acquisition and retention of tenants across a diverse property portfolio.
  • Coordinate leasing and procurement activities, including the preparation of Information Memorandums, Requests for Proposal (RFPs), returnables, and annexures.
  • Prepare briefing notes, reports, submissions, and correspondence for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Develop high-quality marketing and procurement documentation using Microsoft Office and Adobe products.
  • Maintain document control, record-keeping, and financial administration processes.
  • Assist with the delivery of property, commercial, and strategic initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, service providers, and external stakeholders to achieve successful leasing outcomes.
  • Monitor project milestones and support the coordination of multiple concurrent leasing projects.

About You To be successful, you will bring:

  • Previous experience within the property sector.
  • Strong administration and coordination skills.
  • Experience preparing leasing, procurement, or commercial documentation.
  • Excellent attention to detail and document management capabilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office and Adobe products.
  • The ability to manage competing priorities and work collaboratively across multiple stakeholder groups.
  • Experience within government, property, real estate, or asset management environments will be highly regarded.
