Wallis Entertainment is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Duty Mnager to join our team at our entertainment complex in Mount Barker, SA. In this casual role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and supporting the smooth operation in multiple areas of the business.

What You'll Be Doing

• Greeting and assisting customers with a friendly and professional manner
• Overseeing the smooth operation of all dinning, bar & gaming room areas
• A valid Responsible Service of Gaming (RSG) & Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificates are required before commencing employment
• Supervising POS transactions, handling cash and maintaining accurate records of transactions
• Providing exceptional customer service and responding to customer inquiries and requests
• Assisting with general operational duties as required

What We're Looking For

• Gaming industry experience is required for this position, candidacies with RP & First Aid will be viewed favourably
• A minimum of 2+ years customer service experience is required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Attention to detail and the ability to work accurately with cash and financial records
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays
• A positive, team-oriented attitude and a willingness to contribute to the overall success of the business
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Current Australian work rights are required
