About The Role

Port Migration is looking for a new or experienced Registered Migration Agent to join our growing team based in our Port Melbourne office. Be part of a high performing team providing exceptional service and a strong track record of successful migration outcomes to clients across Australia and around the world.

The successful applicant will manage a family visa case load specialising in Partner Visas including Subclass 820/801, 309/100 and 300.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide clear, accurate and professional migration advice
• Prepare, review and lodge visa applications and supporting documents
• Manage a family visa case load
• Maintain strong client relationships
• Maintain thorough and up to date knowledge of current Partner Visa policy and legislation

Requirements

• Current MARA Registration essential
• Passion for assisting Partner Visa applicants, managing a family visa case load and capacity to build strong client relationships
• Demonstrated outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated outstanding organisation and time management skills
• Ability to meet deadlines, prioritise and solve problems
• Strong attention to detail and record keeping skills
• Proficiency in LEGENDcom and Microsoft Office including Microsoft Teams
• No previous experience required
